PROFILE

1989年東京生まれ。大学卒業後、出版社に勤めるが夢だった料理の道へ進む。2012年～恵比寿イタリアンにて勤務。2015年に独立、社食やイベントでのケータリング、商品開発・レシピ作成・撮影、収録調理＆スタイリング・ウェブサイト作成マーケティングまで各種プロジェクトの現場での実行役を行っています。

Upon graduating college, my dream was to work for a food publishing company. From 2012 to 2015, I worked at an Italian restaurant in Ebisu. In 2015, I became independant and got involved in a variety of projects such as catering to companies and events, recipes & menus development, food photography, food styling, building websites, and web marketing. Our daily mission is to connect with people through food and to spread Japanese cuisine into the future. We specialize in delivering vegetable dishes which perfectly complement ‘dashi’to companies and events. We thrive in becoming a ‘Food Projedista’ through our Cooking, Production and Marketing while traveling to the farmlands throughout Japan.
